Chicken breast is an excellent ingredient for everyday and holiday salad. The number of recipes for snacks is limited only by the hostess's fantasy, they love her for a low price, speed of cooking and a good combination with many products, even fruits.

Classic simple and delicious chicken breast salad recipe

- Cut the boiled breast and cucumber into cubes, grate the cheese, cut the olives into pieces, leave 2-3 pieces for decoration. Mix everything with mayonnaise.

An original salad with a complex composition of almost a dozen ingredients, but there are no delicacies among them. It turns out very tasty, and guests remember it for a long time.
- 200 g of boiled breast;
- 100 g canned pineapple;
- 1 cucumber;
- 2 eggs;

Very light and satisfying instant salad at home. If not pickled cucumbers, you can take and salted, only they should be small, crispy and with small stones.

Ruby Star: Potato and Chicken Breast Salad
An easy-to-prepare salad made from products that are usually found in the home. Meat with potatoes not the best combination to maintain a slim figure, but will provide a feeling of satiety for a long time. To reduce calories, mayonnaise ½ mix with sour cream. The use of pomegranate is optional, but it gives a piquant note.
- 300 g chicken breast;
- 2 beets;
- 3 potato tubers;
- 2 eggs;
- 200 g of cheese;

- Cut the chicken and quickly fry, so as not to dry, chop the onion in half rings, pour over boiling water and immediately cool, mix with chilled meat.

- It is better to take chilled meat. Frozen after cooking will turn out to be too dry, so it is better not to cook it, but bake in foil. You can take fried, but then before cooking it is better to marinate. Smoked breast will give any salad an unusual aftertaste.
