- In a bowl, mix sour cream, 100 ml of water, ½ part of grated cheese, finely chopped garlic and herbs.

- Pour with sour cream sauce and put in a preheated (180 degrees) oven for 45 minutes.
- At the end, remove from the oven, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and cook for another 10 minutes, so that the cheese is melted and browned.
With egg and onion
- Potato - 8 pcs. (if the tubers are small, take more);
- Sour cream - 250 ml;
- Onions - ½ pcs.;
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- Salt, seasoning;
- Water - 250 ml.
- Mix sour cream with water. Chop onions (rings or half rings).
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
- Lay out in layers: potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, universal seasoning. Repeat the sequence until the potato runs out.
- Top with sour cream, diluted with water. Send to the oven (200 - 250 degrees) for 8 - 12 minutes. Then grease with a beaten egg.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 180 - 200 degrees and leave for 45 minutes.
When harvesting potatoes, check its readiness. If not ready, leave in the oven turned off for a few minutes or hold for 10 minutes on fire.
With tomato and olive oil
- Potato - 4 pcs. (large);
- Onions - 1 pc.;
- Garlic - 6 cloves;
- Tomato - 1 pc.;
- Olive oil - 1.5 tablespoons;
- Cheese - 50 g;
- Sour cream - 150 ml;
- Dried basil, salt, pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into large pieces. Lightly grease the mold with olive oil. Turn on the preheat oven (up to 200 degrees).
- Put tubers, coarsely chopped onions, peeled garlic and tomato into the mold (split it in two beforehand), placing the cut up.
- Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with basil and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Put in the oven for 25 minutes. In these half an hour, the potato absorbs the aromas of basil, onion and garlic.
- Then pull out the garlic and put in 3 new cloves (cut in half in advance).
- Add sour cream, salt and pepper, optionally supplement with green onions or fresh herbs.
- Lower the oven temperature to 170 degrees, set to cook for another 25 minutes.
- Grated on a coarse grater, cheese, sprinkle on top.Reheat the oven to 200 degrees and let rest for another 20 minutes, until a golden crust appears.
With mushrooms
- Potato - 1 kg;
- Champignons - 0.5 kg;
- Onion - 2-3 pcs.;
- Flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
- Sour cream - 400 ml;
- Sunflower oil - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
- Salt, pepper, fresh dill.
- Cut the onion into narrow half rings. Fry in oil for two to three minutes. Dice the champignons and add to the onion. Fry for about 5 minutes.
- Salt, add flour (needed for a thick consistency).
- Stir, keep on fire for another minute.
- Cut the potatoes into thin rings, add to the onion and mushrooms.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, salt and chopped dill.
- Mix all the components and put in a greased form. To finish, sprinkle with black pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook for about 40 minutes.
Calorie content
The underground vegetable is rich in nutrients. For example, it contains almost as much vitamin C as it does in blackcurrant. The fruit contains phosphorus, zinc, amino acids, magnesium, silicon and a large amount of vitamin B, which is necessary for the work of the heart and blood vessels.
