- milk or kefir 2 cups

- For filling:
- cottage cheese 500 g
- butter 30 g
- chicken egg 1 PC
- sugar 2 Art. l
- vanillin ½ tsp
- How to bake pancakes: We heat the pan, if the oven is not in a heated pan, it’s not pancakes, but pancakes that come out. Before the first pancake, grease the pan with butter or sunflower oil, fat or lard. Subsequently, oil is not necessary to add.
- Pour a small portion of the dough into the frying pan, smoothly distribute throughout the entire area.
- Bake for 1.5-2 minutes, until tender golden color. It is important not to go anywhere, so as not to burn.
- As the pancake is fried, gently with a spatula or a special knife with a rounded tip, turn it on the back side. Fry for another 1.5-2 minutes.
- We shift to a deep plate, grease with butter on one side. Similarly, fry the remaining pancakes, carefully stacking them in a stack. It is advisable to cover, in order to avoid drying of the edges.
- Cooking the filling and wrapping the pancake: Carefully rub the cottage cheese with sugar (you can skip it through a meat grinder to save time), add sour cream (you can replace it with butter), eggs, sugar and vanillin (add as desired).
- Mix thoroughly until smooth. Be sure to taste it. If something is missing, add.
- Take a pancake, put 1-2 tablespoons of the filling on the edge. Wrap it with an envelope - twist to the middle to cover the filling.
