Oatmeal pancakes in milk - A great breakfast dish. Nourishing and nutritious pancakes will give the body the necessary energy. For the recipe, it is better to take instant cereals. You can grind them beforehand using a blender or coffee grinder, or you can use them in their entirety, after soaking them in hot milk.
The dough should not be too thin, otherwise the pancakes will break. Pancakes with the addition of oatmeal or oatmeal are more fragile, so turn them carefully. Pieces of cereal will settle to the bottom, often mix the dough.
- oat flakes 250 g
- wheat flour 4 Art. l
- milk 500 ml
- chicken egg 2 PC
